Sewer Pipe Lining in Dallas-Fort Worth
Sewer pipe lining rebuilds a damaged sewer line from the inside, forming a new pipe within the old one, so the yard, driveway, and foundation stay closed. Nuflow DFW lines cracked, corroded, and root-damaged sewer lines across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and most residential jobs finish in a single day.

How does sewer pipe lining work?

Camera Inspection
We insert an HD camera into your sewer line to map every crack, root intrusion point, offset joint, and area of corrosion. You see the footage on screen. This determines if your pipe is a candidate for lining. You keep the footage.

Hydro Jetting & Prep
We clean the pipe interior with 3,000–4,000 PSI hydro jetting to remove roots, grease, scale, and debris. The pipe must be clean for the liner to bond properly. Obstructions are cut away.

Liner Installation
A flexible liner saturated with epoxy resin is pulled or inverted into the pipe. It's inflated to press against the pipe walls, conforming to every bend and joint. The resin cures in place, forming a rigid new pipe inside the old one. Cures in place with heat or UV light. See the full CIPP lining process.

Final Inspection
After curing, we run the camera again to verify the liner is smooth, fully adhered, and free of wrinkles or gaps. You see the before-and-after comparison on screen. Service connections are reopened.
Sewer Pipe Lining vs Replacement: Which Does Your Line Need?
Side-by-side comparison for DFW homeowners deciding between trenchless lining and traditional excavation.
Trenchless Pipe Lining (CIPP)
Starts at $3,500
- No excavation. Yard, driveway, and landscaping stay intact
- Completed in 1 day on most residential jobs
- Liner rated for 50 years, 10-year installation warranty
- Seamless interior, no joints along the lined section
- Lines cast iron, clay, PVC, and concrete pipe that is still round
- No yard, driveway, or landscaping restoration bill
VS
Traditional Sewer Replacement
$5,000 to $25,000
- Excavation required. Yard, driveway, and landscaping are dug up
- 3 to 7 days, plus restoration time
- New pipe has joints, which can become future root entry points
- Restoration adds cost on top of the repair
- May require city permits and street access
- The right repair for collapsed, sagging, or badly offset pipe
Can Every Sewer Line Be Lined?
Pipe condition, length, access, and material all change the approach. The camera inspection decides whether your line can be lined, and if it cannot, we say so before quoting. Length changes the answer too. When the camera shows damage at one spot instead of along the whole run, a point repair sleeve lines just that section at lower cost, though the rest of the pipe stays as it is.
When Is Sewer Pipe Lining the Wrong Fix?
Collapsed pipe
If a section has caved in, the liner has nothing to press against. That section needs excavation before the rest of the line can be lined.
A sag or belly in the line
A liner takes the shape of the pipe it sits in. It seals cracks in a sagging section but leaves the low spot where waste settles. See how much fall a sewer line needs.
Badly offset joints
When pipe sections have shifted far out of line, a liner cannot bridge the gap cleanly. A minimal-dig repair at that joint is the better fix.

Rich and his team repiped our 80 foot cast iron sewer line with the NuFlow product and cured with UV light so we were out of sewer service for only several hours vs. multiple days with an ordinary repipe. Not only that but it saved us having to dig a trench through our yard, tear up our driveway, and most importantly, disrupting the roots of 100 year old oak trees in our backyard. Thanks to this great product we were able to avoid all of that and repipe an aging sewer line before it turned into a disaster! Thanks Rich and team!Posted on Google![]()

As a seasoned real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in the DFW area, I’m extremely selective about the companies I add to my preferred vendor list because my reputation and brand are attached to every referral I make to clients and colleagues. Based on my personal professional interactions, along with the positive feedback I’ve consistently heard from those I’ve referred, I can confidently say that Ryan King and the team at Nu Flo DFW are exactly the kind of professionals I look for. They operate with integrity, provide exceptional customer service, deliver quality work at competitive pricing, and offer niche expertise that brings real value. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to doing things the right way make them a company I confidently recommend.Posted on Google![]()

We had a pipe with roots growing into it brought up during the sell of our home. Initial plumber looked at the job and the sidewalks / retaining walls around it and said it could be 30k. Nu Flow offered their trencless process at just over 4, and when they saw that the pipe wasn't alighned well for that process, offered to do a standard repair at the same cost. The team came out and were able to spot exactly where it was, and dig out a minimal space needed. The whole team was truly great to work with through the process too. I can't recommend them enough!Posted on Google![]()

What is sewer pipe lining?
How much does sewer pipe lining cost?
Sewer pipe lining in Dallas-Fort Worth starts at $3,500+ (as of Q3 2026). A typical 40 to 80 foot residential line runs $3,500 to $8,000. Pipe length, diameter, condition, bends, and access move the price. Final cost depends on inspection findings, and you get a written quote before work starts.
For per-foot pricing, see our epoxy pipe lining cost guide.
How long does sewer pipe lining last?
A cured epoxy liner is rated for a 50-year life, and Nuflow DFW backs the installation with a 10-year warranty. The lined section has no joints, so roots cannot enter it. Connections and any unlined sections can still take roots, which is why the camera checks the whole line. Read how long a pipe liner lasts in the field.
What are the advantages of sewer pipe lining?
Does insurance cover sewer pipe lining?
Most standard Texas homeowner’s policies do not cover sewer line repair, because the line from the house to the city main is the homeowner’s responsibility. Some policies offer service line coverage as an add-on. Check for “service line” or “utility line” coverage. Nuflow DFW provides detailed invoices if your insurer asks.

Sewer pipe lining vs replacement — which is better?
Lining is better when the pipe is still round and aligned, which covers most cracked and root-damaged lines. Replacement is necessary when a section has collapsed, sagged, or shifted badly out of line, because the liner needs a pipe to press against. The camera inspection decides, and we tell you if lining will not work.
What types of sewer pipes can be lined?
Cast iron, clay, PVC, and concrete sewer pipes can be lined when they are still round and continuous. Cast iron and clay, common in DFW homes built before 1980, are the most frequent candidates because they corrode and crack with age. Orangeburg can be lined only if it has not flattened.
Can you line just one section instead of the whole pipe?
