Usually, using descaling rather than high-pressure jetting. Heavily scaled cast iron has a thinner wall than it looks, and aggressive pressure can find a weak spot. Descaling removes buildup mechanically and opens the line. If the camera shows the wall is already gone, cleaning is not the answer.
